Mario Velluto

nasce a Troia (FG) nel 1937. Giovanissimo si trasferisce a Milano dove si iscrive alla Scuola Italiana Pubblicità mantenendosi agli studi lavorando. Negli anni sessanta collabora con alcune note agenzie di pubblicità e nel 1967 diventa capo ufficio pubblicità della FILA spa. Nel 1970 approda alla Rizzoli dove lavora fino al 1989 nella divisione pubblicità e promotion, occupandosi anche a lungo di problematiche sindacali. Vive attualmente a Milano, sposato con due figlie.

was born in Troia (FG) in 1937. Very young moves to Milan where he enters the Scuola Italiana Pubblicità (Italian School of Advertising) earning his living to carry on his studies. In the sixties collaborates with some known advertising agencies and in 1967 he is appointed office manager of advertising at the FILA S.P.A. In 1970 he comes to Rizzoli where he works up to 1989 in the advertising and promotion division, taking also care of trade union issues for a long time. Presently lives in Milan, and is married and father of two daughters.
